Staking Overview
Staking your Monkeez is the only method of bringing new $MNKZ into the ecosystem. No other methods of obtaining $MNKZ mint tokens into existence. Monkeez can be staked non-custodially (NFT stays in your wallet) to accrue daily tokens while the total circulating supply has not reached the maximum supply of 130 million.
The rate of accrual depends on the tribe of your Monkee.

As staking is non-custodial, the balance of $MNKZ to claim lies with the Monkee. Monkeez may be bought and sold while staked, but only the owner of the NFT may claim the token balance while circulating supply is not at a maximum. Any unclaimed tokens will be forfeited if supply has reached maximum.
